Shamir Taylor buzzer beater lifts Team Loaded to Victory

Shamir Taylor beat the final buzzer with a step-back 3-pointer as Team Loaded AAU stunned TTC-Death Row AAU 66-63 in a contest during the Oct. 24-25 Strive for Perfection Athletics Open Run in Chesterfield, VA. 

Before hitting the game winner, Taylor said he has struggled from distance but never lost confidence in his stroke.

“I’ve been off with my shot for a couple of weeks,” said Taylor. “Today, I got it back.” 

With five minutes remaining in the second half, Team Loaded trailed TTC by 15 points.  Alijah Wheeler who led Team Loaded with 14 points, helped mount the comeback.

This moment will go in Taylor’s memory book forever. It’s not how you start the game, it’s how you finish!
